I commit myself everyday in my business always with in mind the intention of fulfilling my customers' needs. Their requests are a priority for me: it could be a swim in a special place, a typical meal on board or an unusual time for their trip. Also the experience in Australia where I went many times during the past winters, has allowed me to improve my English to such a level that now I can easily talk to my customers. Therefore I feel completely at ease in describing to the foreigners visitors the beauty of my land, the historical buildings and the myths and traditions of my place.
