J'ai dit que si ce n'était pas approprié et dangereux, nous ne sortirions pas. J'ai demandé si j'obtiendrais un remboursement complet et on m'a dit oui. J'ai essayé de vous contacter à ce sujet et personne ne m'a répondu depuis. Je suis très déçu du service.
I was contacted by the captain on the day. He told me it was very choppy on the water and that it wasn't going to be enjoyable and in fact dangerous. I said if it isn't suitable and dangerous then we would not go out. I asked if I would get a full refund and I was told yes. I have been trying to get in touch re this and nobody has responded to me since. I am very disappointed at the service.
