Nous avons reçu un appel d'enjoyboat la veille de la réservation - ils nous ont demandé pourquoi nous ne nous sommes pas présentés. Le lendemain, le bateau a été réservé sans skipper malgré notre réservation avec un skipper. Quoi qu'il en soit, un grand skipper Guiseppe nous a fait faire un beau voyage. De retour au port, on nous a demandé de payer le carburant prépayé. Donc, la communication au sein du système de réservation n'est pas géniale - sinon un bon voyage!

Had a call from enjoyboat the day before booking - they asking why we did not show up. On the next day the boat was booked without a skipper in spite of us booking with a skipper. Anyway a great skipper Guiseppe us out on a nice trip. Back at port we were asked to pay the fuel that was prepaid. So communication within booking system not great - otherwise a nice trip !

Le bateau lui-même était très confortable et pratique. Notre capitaine Massimo et son accompagnateur Paola étaient adorables et arrangeants. Merci pour cette belle journée sur l'eau.

nous avons reçu un autre bateau que celui montré sur les photos. sur un total de 8 heures, nous avons juste navigué pendant une demi-heure et pour le reste du temps, nous sommes restés. on s'attendait à ce que nous naviguions un peu plus longtemps. Giuseppe, le capitaine, était un gars sympa.

we received other boat than the one showed in pictures. from a total of 8 hours we just cruised for half an our and for the rest of the time we stayed. we were expected to cruise for a little longer. giuseppe, the captain, was a nice guy.

- J'ai échangé le bateau le jour pour un qui était visiblement une cabine plus petite avec moins de sièges et beaucoup plus ancien (mais a continué à insister sur le fait qu'il était meilleur car il avait plus de puissance, même si d'autres agences de location l'avaient indiqué pour plus d'€ que celui Ils nous ont donné) - a des gobelets en plastique bon marché et pas de fruits et a promis une expérience de luxe

- Swapped out the boat on the day for one that was visibly a smaller cabin with less seating and much older (but continued to insist it was better since it had more horsepower, even though other rental agencies had it listed for more € than the one they gave us) - has onto cheap plastic cups and no fruits and promised a luxury experience

Nous avons passé une excellente journée sur le bateau, mais sachez que le bateau que vous voyez sur la photo n'est pas réellement ce que vous obtenez (par exemple, nous avons reçu un bateau plus ancien, notre radio / douche musicale ne fonctionnait pas). Le bateau n'était pas non plus prêt pendant une heure après notre embarquement. Nous avons été obligés de signer un contrat en italien que nous ne pouvions pas lire et qui était différent de ce que SamBoat avait envoyé avant la journée.

We had a brilliant day out on the boat however be warned that the boat you see in the photo is not actually what you get (e.g we received an older boat, our radio/music shower didn’t work). The boat was also not ready for an hour after we were due to board. We were forced to sign a contract in Italian which we couldn’t read and it was different than what SamBoat sent through prior to the day.

Be careful with Marco - he made us a ‚special offer’ for a boat in the end it was 50.- more than advertised on this site. Also he made us wait 30 min for him at the end of the rental.

Un nouveau bateau soigné avec un nouveau moteur Honda. La manipulation était soignée et amicale. Payé avec une carte de crédit, je préfère pas. Il s'avère que cela s'est bien passé. Les contrats sont uniquement en italien. J'ai dû mettre environ huit signatures sans avoir une idée de quoi exactement, ce n'est pas agréable. Mais je ne pense pas qu'il y ait abus. Expérience positive!

A neat, new boat with a new Honda engine. The handling was neat and friendly. Paid with a credit card, I'd rather not. Turns out to have gone well. The contracts are only in Italian. I had to put about eight signatures without having an idea for what exactly, that is not pleasant. But I don't think it's being abused. Positive experience!

Very professional and easily organised. Would highly recommend.
