NON consiglio Armando/Dino. È stato molto poco reattivo prima del mio viaggio. Avevo noleggiato diverse altre barche e i proprietari mi mandavano un Whatsapp dettagliato con l'itinerario, l'orario di incontro, gli articoli inclusi, gli articoli ancora dovuti, ecc. Non ho ricevuto alcun dettaglio da lui. Quando ho contattato Samboat per vedere se potevo andare su una barca diversa che avesse un prezzo simile, mi hanno detto che NON voleva rimborsarmi i soldi. Siamo rimasti bloccati con lui. Ci siamo presentati il giorno del viaggio solo per scoprire che avevamo un capitano diverso, che è stato meraviglioso. Quando stavamo scendendo dalla barca, Armando è venuto da me e mi ha detto che dovevo ancora il carburante. Dopo tutto ciò, non solo non mi ha ricordato o inviato un itinerario dettagliato definitivo della data e di ciò che era dovuto, ma non ha potuto nemmeno compensarmi il carburante o altro. Avevo completamente dimenticato che questo era dovuto il giorno stesso poiché avevamo prenotato l'escursione mesi prima. Mi ha addebitato il carburante e non è stato per niente cortese con noi vista la brutta esperienza che avevamo avuto prima del viaggio.

I DO NOT recommend Armando/Dino. He was very unresponsive leading up to my trip.I had rented several other boats & the owners would send me a detailed (Dati nascosti) with the itinerary, meet up time, items included, items still owed, etc. I didn't get any details from him.When I contacted Samboat to see if I could go on a different boat that was comparable in price,they said he did NOT want to refund me my money.We were stuck with him.We showed up the day of the trip only to find out we had a different captain - who was wonderful.When we were getting off the boat, Armando came up to me & said I still owed the fuel.After all that, he not only did not remind or send me a finalized detailed itinerary of the date &what was owed, but he couldn't even comp me the fuel or anything.I had completely forgotten that this was owed the day of since we had booked the excursion months ago.He charged me for the fuel &didn't have any courtesy with us given what a bad experience we had leading up to the trip
