Communication worked really well despite the language barrier. Andrea was very patient in answering all questions.
We also received an immediate answer to questions about how to get there and which route to take.
The instructions for the boat and the local driving peculiarities were discussed in detail.
The boat was checked for old damage such as scratches, engine screws, etc. using a video, which was also sent to us via WhatsApp. This gave us the personal security of not having to pay for old damage when we returned the boat.
The boat was refueled together with Andrea, so that no rough estimate of consumption was made and only the actual consumption had to be paid for.
Andrea made a very nice and competent impression and we would rent a boat from him again at any time.
Die Kommunikation trotz Sprachbarriere hat super geklappt.Andrea war sehr geduldig alle Fragen zu klären.
Auch bei Anfragen zur Anfahrt,welche Fahrverbindung genommen werden muss,bekamen wir sofort Antwort.
Die Einweisung zum Boot und der örtlichen Fahrbesonderheiten wurden ausgiebig besprochen.
Das Boot wurde per Video nach alten Schäden wie Kratzer,Motorschraube usw. abgesucht, welches wir auch über (Contact information hidden) zugeschickt bekommen haben.Das gab uns persönlich die Sicherheit,bei Abgabe des Bootes nicht für alte Schäden aufkommen zu müssen.
Das Boot wurde zusammen mit Andrea wieder aufgetankt,sodass keine grobe Schätzung des Verbrauches gemacht wurde sondern nur für den tatsächlichen Verbrauch gezahlt werden muss.
Andrea hat einen sehr netten und kompetenten Eindruck gemacht und wir würden jederzeit wieder bei ihm ein Boot mieten.

Renting with Andrea was amazing. Great communication and easy to find the pick up point for the boat. We were staying at the Zattare water bus stop in Venice and we took the water bus over to the pick up point. Channel markers makes it easy to navigate the waters there so don't worry about getting lost. I would definitely rent from Andrea again! He was very easy to work with.
